  • Dr. Ratner has completed Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Introduction to Hazardous Materials and Radiological Emergency Management training. She has also completed Incident Command System ICS-100 training and is available to assist Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) with the development of their Local Emergency Response Plans (these services are offered on a volunteer basis to all Local, State and Federal agencies).

  • Assist with neurotoxicity risk assessments and development of plans for risk management based on hierarchy of controls
